A New Chapter

Its a big week for me. Im going back to school. I cant believe it! Finally! Im starting slow. Taking one class to get my feet wet and then decide where Im going to go next. Im still not sure what I want to major in but I hope that by taking a few classes, Ill figure out what I want to do when I grow up.

A lot has changed in the last 10 years since I left college. I had started out on such a fast track- starting college my junior year of high school. But then on September 8, 2001 Scott proposed to me and my life changed forever. Then, just a few days later on September 11, 2001 everyone's lives changed forever. Having kids became such a strong priority there was no more desire to wait for anything. I left college and never even really had a strong desire to go back until this last year.

Now, both boys are in school full time. Starting next fall they will be going to a school much closer to our home, cutting 2 hours of drive time every single day, out of our lives. Scott is in a very secure job with a promising future. There is no better time then now. I have the full support of my three men and with that I feel like I can conquer this head on.
